I am a Littleton, CO native. I received my BS degree from Regis University, where I also completed coursework for my teaching certificate, and my MA from the University of Colorado at Denver. I have 34 years of experience in a wide variety of Early Childhood settings and positions. The last 11 years, I have worked as an Early Childhood Special Educator with Douglas County Public Schools. I have always felt a calling to work with young children and their families. I enjoy working together with kids, families, caregivers and other professionals, to problem solve, implement strategies and ideas and celebrate growth in all areas of development. As a Developmental Interventionist. I believe that strong relationships are the key to success in everything that we do. I also believe that families know their children best, and should be the primary voice when developing plans to meet the needs of their children and their families.

When I am not working, I enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time with my husband, five young adult children, my grandson and my fur babies
