We are looking for intervention providers with experience in early intervention.  As you could have read in the about us section, our company provides Early Intervention services to young children (birth to three years) with developmental disabilities and their families.  We primarily work with families in their homes.  It is very intimate work.  We hire people with the knowledge, experience and expertise to be genuinely helpful to the people we serve.  More importantly, we am looking for someone humble and respectful enough to listen, meet a family where they are, and adapt to their priorities.   This job is hourly work where you can set your own schedule and manage your own clients.  Clinical and reflective supervision, mentorship and teaming provided.  

Requirements:

-Licensed (OT, or ECSE/ ECE) with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in related fields.

-Humility in interactions with children and families

-Passion for and knowledge of child development

-Effective and empathetic communicator

Requirements for SE provider:

- LSW, LCSW with: Master's degree and state license (clinical supervision hours provided for those working towards clinical license. 

OR

-School Psychologist with:  Master's degree and School psychologist certification

OR

- Clinical Psychologist with: - Doctorate of Psychology or Doctorate of

Philosophy and Colorado state license

OR 

- Licensed Professional Counselor OR Licensed Child and Family Therapist with:Master's degree and state license Education or experience in early childhood mental health


-Trauma informed practice/ training

-Functional knowledge of infant and toddler development as a whole as well as social and emotional learning in particular

- Dynamic understanding of ways to address behavior 

- Humility in interactions with children and families

- Effective and empathetic communicator


Description:

Impact the lives of young children with developmental delays through early intervention services. Collaborate with families to support developmental progress and functional life skills. Work includes designing and directing play based therapy for child and routines based intervention for child and family. Services sometimes take place in a child's home and community and sometimes via telehealth.

There are opportunities to both receive and give trainings, learn through shadowing, collaboration and connections with other disciplines and providers.
